Confluence of States Welcomes New Manager Hannah Wintucky

The Confluence of States is thrilled to announce the appointment of Hannah Wintucky as its new Manager. Hannah has worked alongside the Confluence and its member states since 2022, supporting coalition engagement, policy coordination, and partnership development. She brings experience in communications, coalition management, rural economic development, local government, and nonprofit leadership, as well as longstanding relationships across the outdoor recreation community.
